• The TEKnival Radio name, logo, branding, and website design are proprietary to TEKnival Radio
• All original graphics, text, layout, and promotional materials are protected by copyright
• Our streaming platform technology and user interface are proprietary systems

Live Stream Content

• All live broadcasts and recorded content distributed through TEKnival Radio are protected by copyright
• Our curated programming, show formats, and presentation style constitute original creative works
• Station imaging, jingles, announcements, and promotional content are exclusively owned by TEKnival Radio
